The event rose over $2500 for the Breast Friends organization through donations, surpassing the event organizers goal of $2000.
All participants were automatically entered into a raffle with prizes from Xtreme Health & Fitness and Bike Plus; participants were also treated to goodie bags.

The official handover made by the Presidents of both organizations, Dwayna Derrick (Friends of MSJMC) and Constance Moe (A&B Renal Society) took place yesterday at the hospital.
The equipment, worth over twenty-five thousand US dollars, now brings to twelve (12) the number of dialysis machines at the facility.

Chairman of the Pesticide and Toxic Chemicals Control Board (PTCCB), Dr. Malverne Spencer said, the week is being planned to heighten awareness of the need for the safe use and improved management of pesticides and other toxic chemicals.
