Island Aviation Aero Club...a club for pilots On the island of Antigua and Barbuda, a new sector of aviation has commenced.
The introduction of Island Aviation Aero Club, located at Runway 10, Gate 9, Shell Beach Road. The club is is designated to providing a home for persons with a great interest in aviation, be they retired pilots, current pilots, pilots who are not flying or persons interested in becoming pilots. Among the benefits, the club has a flight training program where one can start training for their Private Pilot License, pay US$11,800.00 and have that licence in 4 months.
Th club has a Cessna 172 Skyhawk airplane ready to take any one up into the skies, with two instructors on hand.
Should you want to make aviation a career, you can sign up for the full program which get one a Commercial Pilot license in 8 months, with both O.E.C.S. and F.A.A. licenses.
