Mrs. Carol Spencer-Brown was elected President at the last Annual General Meeting of the Antigua Barbuda Co-operative Credit Union League. Other members serving are Mr. Emil Michael Vice President, Mr. Seymour Blackman Treasurer, Mrs Nadine Agustine Secretary, Mr. Sylvester Joseph Assistant Secretary /Treasurer.

ABCCUL is the umbrella body for Credit Unions in Antigua. We assist in mobilizing, organizing and educating to aid in the continued strengthening of the Credit Union Movement and in turn meet the best interest of its members.

We also promote collaboration among cooperatives, Lobbies for the most conducive climate for credit unions to operate and assist with training and development of its Boards and committee members and Management . The league represents the movement nationally,regionally and internationally.

The ABCCUL are members of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU) and World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU)also, a shareholder in the Eastern Caribbean Co-operative Central Ltd

The ABCCUL is a voluntary organization.
