SDA Young Leaders Win RBTT's Prestigious Award

The Antigua and Barbuda Seventh-day Adventist Secondary School are the proud winners of the RBTT's Prestigious Young Leaders award for the year 2009-2010. Chelsea McMaster, a fourth form student of the aforementioned school, won the award for the Young Leader of the Year.

This year, six schools entered the programme - Christ the King High School, Jennings Secondary, Island Academy, Ottos Comprehensive, Antigua Girls High School and The Seventh-day Adventist Secondary School. The theme under consideration was Holistic Wellness - The Journey to a Fulfilling Life. The Antigua Girls High and the Ottos Comprehensive Schools came in second and third respectively. The Young Leaders programme is the initiative of the RBTT Bank, where students from all over the island have an opportunity to engage in projects based on a particular theme that will impact the nation.

The RBTT Bank has been involved in this Young Leaders endeavour for approximately ele ven years. Congratulations to the winning school, the Antigua and Barbuda Seventh-day Adventist Secondary School.
